About Me

Growing organizations often reach a turning point: what once worked no longer scales.

After more than two decades in HR leadership, I've seen how quickly growth can outpace people systems. Informal processes create risk. High performers burn out. Managers lack clarity. Compliance gaps quietly emerge.

I founded my consulting practice to help organizations bridge that gap, bringing executive-level HR strategy without the cost or commitment of a full-time CHRO.

My work sits at the intersection of compliance, culture, and performance. I hold SHRM-CP and CHES certifications and have completed my Master of Science in Human Resource Management. But beyond credentials, I bring practical experience leading HR transformation in real-world environments.

I partner directly with founders and executive teams to build scalable systems, strengthen leadership capability, and create workplaces where accountability and engagement coexist.
